1. Download Vendor Guidelines: Take a quick look at our vendor guidelines by downloading it below. It will provide you with important information on what to expect and ensure your offerings align with our event.
2. Review Your Contract and Sign: Review and e-sign our contract by clicking the start signing button below. This will ensure your participation in the event, and you will receive a copy of your signed contract for your records.
3. Secure Your Spot: Pay your vendor fee outlined in the package options below to secure your spot at the event. Once that's done, you're officially in! We'll send you confirmation details of your payment received, and provide you with a receipt for your records.
On the big day, show up at the designated setup time with your goods in tow. We'll guide you to your spot, and then it's time to shine! Engage with attendees, showcase your offerings, and let the festivities begin!

Cinco de Mayo commemorates Mexico's victory at the Battle of Puebla in 1862, showcasing resilience against foreign intervention and sparking national pride. While not widely celebrated in Mexico beyond Puebla, it holds cultural significance for Mexican-Americans. In Downtown San Jose, California, we honor this heritage by hosting vibrant festivities. Our celebrations feature parades, festivals, music, dance, and cuisine, creating a lively atmosphere that brings the community together to celebrate Mexican culture and identity.
Unfortunately our parade has been canceled this year after a hard decision to continue with the large venue's demand for resources at the festival grounds. Don't worry, you can still enjoy the celebration at the festival for an unforgettable experience!
We pride ourselves on offering fully customizable event planning services. While we do offer pre-packaged plans as a starting point, our goal is to bring your unique vision to life. We'll work closely with you to understand your preferences, style, and objectives, ensuring that every detail is tailored to your specific requirements. Your event will be a reflection of your individuality, not a one-size-fits-all solution.
The festival will be held at Cesar Chavez Plaza. It will start at 11 am go on until 9:00pm. People can enjoy local vendors, food, and entertainment!
